[Q] Do you ship worldwide?
[A] Yes we offer Worldwide Shipping. For your convenience we also offer a special flat rate pricing for larger items such as bikes, frames and wheel sets. Please visit our shipping page for more information on our shipping policy and rates.

[Q] Why are your prices so low?
[A] Believe it or not this is a question we get often. Yes, Compared to other name brand road bikes our prices are significantly lower. This does not mean our bikes are inferior. In fact our carbon bikes are designed and engineered by the some of the industry leaders and the materials and carbon fiber used are of the highest quality. What allows us to sell at such low prices is the fact that you are buying directly from the manufacturer. You are not buying from a middleman. Our direct selling model allows us to offer you, the consumer the lowest possible price.

[Q] Do the bicycles come assembled?
[A] Although assembly is possible to do yourself, Rossetti Bike HIGHLY encourages having a professional assemble your bicycle. Slight imperfections in assembly can cause the chain to slip off, the handlebars to slide, or cause the brakes to malfunction. If you want to get the most out of your bicycle, have it assembled by a professional; it's an easy investment to have your bike ride smoothly, last a long time, and OPERATE SAFELY! You wouldn't try to unprofessionally assembly your own computer, transmission, or house, so don't do it to your bicycle!

[Q] When will I receive my bike?
[A] We ship several times per week using FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers will be provided at shipment.

[Q] Do the bicycles come with a warranty?
[A] We offer a 1-year warranty on the frame and non-consumable parts (Tires, tubes, saddle, handlebar grips, paint, etc are considered consumables). To make a warranty claim, you MUST be able to provide the serial code on the outside of the box. We record every serial code by the date of purchase. If you need to file a warranty claim and you do not have your serial code, we cannot satisfy your claim. Claims should be sent to sales@rossettibike.com and are valid for 365 days of the date of purchase. We reserve the right to request photographs of the damage and may only replace the damaged part, rather than the entire bicycle.

[Q] What is your return policy?
[A] In the unlikely event you would like to return your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If the product is received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered. Please contact us at sales@rossettibike.com to arrange a return.

[Q] How do I choose my size?
[A] Generally speaking our size 52 fits riders height 5'2" to 5'6". Size 55 fits riders 5'6" to 5'10". Size 59 fits riders 5'10" to 6'2". Please see the chart below for full measurements. Please email your size request to sales@rossettibike.comor include this in the check out instructions.
